JEE Main Session 2 Result 2025 is expected to be released today, April 17, on the official website – jeemain.nta.nic.in. As per the latest update, the NTA is likely to activate the result link by 5 PM. Once announced, candidates can check their scorecards by logging in with their application number and password through the JEE Main candidate portal.
The JEE Mains April session result 2025 will include subject-wise scores for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, the total marks, All India Rank (AIR), and the JEE Main 2025 cut-off percentile. For those who appeared in both the January and April sessions, the higher of the two scores will be considered while preparing the final rank list.
Candidates are advised to keep their login credentials ready and regularly check the official website for updates.
The provisional answer key for JEE Main 2025 Session 2 was made available on April 11. Candidates were allowed to submit their objections or challenges from April 11 to April 13 (up to 11:50 PM). After reviewing all the challenges raised, NTA will publish the final answer key for Session 2. The result will be prepared based on this final answer key.

What’s Next after JEE MAINS?
Candidates who meet the JEE Main 2025 cut-off marks will be eligible for JEE Advanced 2025, registration starting from April 23. Those who do not meet the required cut-off percentile can still take part in JoSAA counselling for admission into NITs, IIITs, and other GFTIs, based on their JEE Main Session 2 Result 2025 scores.

Performance in JEE Main 2025:
Candidates must be among the top 2.5 lakh successful candidates in the JEE Main exam (Paper 1).
Age Limit:
Candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 2000. SC, ST, and PwD candidates have a five-year age relaxation, making them eligible if born on or after October 1, 1995.

Class 12 Marks:
Candidates need to have secured at least 75% marks in Class 12 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. For SC, ST, and PwD candidates, the minimum marks required are 65%
