The year 2024 saw SPM and Lalan's students continue their strong tradition of securing top scores in JEE Main. The highlight of the year was Arnab Deka's exceptional performance in the integrated batch.
A landmark year for SPM and Lalan's, with Arohan Hazarika achieving a top-100 national rank in JEE Advanced (AIR 720) and simultaneously topping Assam CEE.
In 2021, multiple students achieved percentiles above 94 in JEE Main, and Hrishav Deka secured an impressive AIR 8311 in JEE Advanced.
The class of 2020 was one of the strongest in history, with nine students scoring above 95 percentile in JEE Main.
The 2019 batch was equally impressive, with eight students crossing the 96th percentile mark in JEE Main and several students securing top-50 ranks in Assam CEE. Rishi Raj Kalita and Rushad Sayed Borah led the JEE Main performance with 98.28 and 98.23 percentiles, respectively.
The 2018 batch produced one of the institute's most outstanding JEE Advanced results to date. Mayukh Nath secured AIR 1921 in JEE Advanced with 242 out of 360 marks — a score that placed him firmly among the national top rankers. In 2017, Arunav Jyoti Ojah put SPM and Lalan's on the national map by securing AIR 3571 in JEE Advanced with 224 out of 366 marks. Additionally, several students secured strong ranks in CEE 2017.
The 2016 batch was one of the most productive in the institute's history in terms of JEE Advanced qualifiers. Sannidhya Sharmah led the batch with JEE Main AIR 559 and JEE Advanced AIR 3184. Kaustav Kashyap Das achieved JEE Advanced AIR 2281 and Rank 2 in CEE Engineering.

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is the single gateway to undergraduate medical education in India. SPM and Lalan's Coaching Centre have been trusted partners in the NEET journeys of students from Assam and the Northeast since the examination's inception.
SPM & LALAN'S Coaching has consistently delivered strong NEET results, with multiple students achieving competitive scores and securing medical selections.
Led by Mohd Arif Siddique with an outstanding 670 marks and AIR 1614 nationally. 16 students from this batch scored above 500 marks.
The 2020 batch continued the institute's strong track record in NEET. Kundan Bora and Chinmoy Borah led the batch with 614 and 613 marks respectively. Prerna Dhirasaria secured 604 marks. Fifteen students from this batch scored above 520 marks, with many securing admission to top medical colleges.
In 2019, Aklanta Bhattacharjya topped the batch with 605 marks, closely followed by Ria Malhotra with 575. The batch saw 19 students achieve commendable scores, with a noteworthy number surpassing the 500-mark threshold. Kundan Bora, who later scored 614 in 2020, appeared in this batch with 489 marks, demonstrating remarkable improvement with continued preparation.
The 2018 NEET batch produced one of the institute's most celebrated medical results. Sunit Bhattacharya secured State Rank 2 with 593 marks in NEET, and further distinguished himself by achieving AIR 652 in AIIMS 2018 — one of the most prestigious medical entrance examinations in the country. Shahid Artif Mustafir secured State Rank 21 with 538 marks.
The 2017 batch was one of the largest, with 23 students featuring in the results list. Sahail Abeed Ahmed topped the batch with 526 marks, while Lutfur Rahman followed with 514 marks. The batch demonstrated strong and consistent performance across the board.
In 2016, NEET had not yet fully unified all medical entrance examinations, and students appeared in multiple tests including MEE and CEE-Med. SPM and Lalan's students performed exceptionally well across all three. Anwesha Saha secured MEE Rank 6 nationally, while Hrishika Deka and Dinnur Ahmed secured top state ranks.
In 2015, SPM and Lalan's students dominated the Assam CEE Medical examination. Niraj N. Baruah led the batch with 221 out of 300 marks and CEE-Med Rank 28. A total of ten students from this batch secured notable CEE-Med ranks.
The 2014 batch demonstrated that SPM and Lalan's medical preparation was of national calibre. Arindam R. Choudhury achieved an extraordinary double — CEE-Med Rank 2 and national AIR 2078.
