What are the Eligibility Criteria for B.Arch Admission in IITs?
Candidates must fulfill some specific criteria to be eligible for B.Arch Admission 2026. These are-
- JEE Advanced Qualification – It is the first and most important criterion a candidate must fulfill. The application would not be accepted without the JEE Advanced Qualification.
- Class 12 or 10+2 record– Student must mandatorily have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) in Class 12. Moreover candidate must have passed Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate marks in PCM, and also 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination.
- Participating in JoSAA counselling round– After qualifying for JEE Advanced and passing AAT, students must take part in JoSAA counselling

The exam date is June 4, 2026. The exam will be held from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Moreover, the AAT registration will remain open from June 1, 2026, 10:00 AM to June 2, 2026, 5:00 PM. Further, the result of AAT 2026 will be declared on June 7, 2026.
