The Ayush Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) has commenced registration for round 1 of AYUSH UG Counselling 2026. The eligible candidates who have qualified NEET and are seeking admission to BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BSMS, and other eligible AYUSH undergraduate courses can register online at aaccc.gov.in. How to Register for AYUSH UG Counselling 2026 Round 1 

Eligible candidates can complete the AYUSH UG Counselling 2026 Round 1 registration online by following these simple steps:

Step 1: Visit the official AACCC website at aaccc.gov.in.
Step 2: Select “UG Counselling” from the homepage.
Step 3: Click on the “New Registration” link available on the Candidate Activity Board.
Step 4: Read the instructions carefully and select “New Candidate Registration.”
Step 5: Enter the required NEET UG 2026 details, such as your roll number, application number and date of birth
Step 6: Verify your mobile number and email address using the OTP received.
Step 7: Fill in your personal, academic, contact, and category details carefully.

What are the Courses covered under AYUSH UG Counselling 2026

AACCC UG Counselling 2026 covers admission to the following AYUSH undergraduate programmes: 

  • BAMS – Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery: This course focuses on Ayurveda, including traditional treatment methods, herbal medicines, and modern medical subjects. 
  • BHMS – Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery: It prepares students to practise homoeopathic medicine by studying its principles, remedies, diagnosis and patient care. 
  • BUMS – Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery: This programme covers the Unani system of medicine, which uses traditional therapies, natural medicines and lifestyle-based approaches to treatment. 
  • BSMS – Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery: The course introduces students to the Siddha system of medicine, including herbal preparations, traditional therapies and preventive healthcare practices. 
  • B.Pharm (Ay) – Bachelor of Pharmacy in Ayurveda: This programme focuses on the preparation, testing, quality control and safe use of Ayurvedic medicines. Under AACCC counselling, applicable seats are offered at the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda (ITRA), Jamnagar

What Happens After AYUSH Counselling Round 1? 

  • Joining the allotted college: Candidates satisfied with their seat must report to the allotted institute with the required original documents and complete the admission process within the scheduled period.
  • Applying for upgradation: Candidates who join their Round 1 seat but want a better course or college must submit their willingness for upgradation while reporting. They must also fill in fresh choices in Round 2.
  • If the seat is upgraded: The Round 1 seat will be cancelled automatically, and the candidate must join the newly allotted Round 2 seat.
  • If the seat is not upgraded: The candidate can continue with the seat secured and joined in Round 1.
  • Using the free-exit option: Candidates who do not want the Round 1 allotted seat may choose not to report. They can still participate in Round 2 by filling fresh choices.
  • If no seat is allotted: Candidates can participate in Round 2 without registering again. However, they must submit fresh choices for the next round.
